Coaching Partner - Spelman College

In partnership with Braven, provide support to Leadership Coaches throughout each semester. This includes observing, assessing, and evaluating performance as well as providing feedback to ensure students are served effectively. Responsible for 8 Leadership Coaches per semester.

Leadership Coach - Spelman College

In partnership with Braven, provide weekly career coaching to Sophomore students (5-8 per semester) who are 1st generation, low-income or from underrepresented communities. Coaching focuses on leadership, networking, resume building, career pathing, interviewing, teamwork, project management and more.

Lead Professional Career Coach - Inspiration at Work

Federally funded project with National Institute of Health and Northwestern University, led by Inspiration at Work, that leverages consumer technology to provide unemployed individuals with a unique combination of mental health and job training support.
